We are excited to launch a fall workout routine that will help develop skills and strength and a foundation for us to build on. We will be lifting weights 2 days a week in the mornings before school, implementing a throwing program 2 days a week after school, and setting up a self-guided tour for players to work through at the field when they have time between classes during the school day.
