August 30, 2015 Urgent help needed!
Choir Families We have an urgent need for volunteers this week and later in September to help with wardrobe. So that all the students will be outfitted by Extravaganza, we need to get everyone measured right away.
Can you help out?
Please review our scheduled work days and join us for snacks, socializing and a little work. Please remember, there is no experience necessary and only on alterations days are very basic sewing skills needed. This is a great way to meet other parents and interact with all of the students.
We need 5-7 volunteers for each class period. If you can sign up for two in the same day or one class period on a couple days.
Email the Wardrobe Committee (email@example.com) to get your name added to our work schedule and to get answers to wardrobe questions.
