Final "Coffee With The Principal" for this year....May 3rd
Library Viewing Room
AFTER PROM is soon! Please go our website - http://bhsfhsafterprom.org/ to find out all the details of After Prom. Some things to note this year:
- We are selling tickets online via our website for $8 through 2:30 PM on Friday, April 28th. We will only be selling tickets at the school ONE DAY ONLY, Friday, April 28th from 10:30 to 2:30. This is for cash sales only! Otherwise, please buy your tickets online on our website.
- We need parent donations to make After Prom happen! The event costs almost $40,000 to produce and we rely on parent and business support. You may donate on our website by clicking on the yellow donate button or send a check as noted on our website.
- Volunteer! Its fun and we have many opportunities including set up on Friday and Saturday during the day and Sunday morning for clean up. Just click on the Volunteer button on our website to see all the options available.
- We are streamlining our check in process this year and adding an EXPRESS CHECK IN LANE which requires that the student has their printed ticket with them as well as their BVSD ID or access to their IC account on their phone. Having both of these items will allow your student to use the EXPRESS CHECK IN LANE and quickly enter After Prom. Please help your student come prepared with these items so we can ensure a quick entry into all the fun!
After Prom, with its Star Wars theme, is set for April 29th 11:30pm to 4am at the East Boulder Community Center and is open to all Boulder and Fairview Students and their approved Guests - This year we are going to get your student in at the Speed of Light! The process has changed and tickets are on Sale now on line. Please help your student purchase their ticket by going to bhsfhsafterprom.org. Have them bring their printed ticket and ID for fast entry. Tickets will also be on sale at all lunch periods on Friday April 28th. (Penny is this Cash Check or credit/debit card?)
Parents we are in URGENT need of volunteers. With over 1,200 students expected we need your help to ensure this event runs smoothly. We count on our parent and business community to support this event and encourage you to donate so we can keep our ticket prices low for our students. $8 pre sale and $10 at the door. Please go to our website bhsfhsafterprom.org where you can do all 3 things:
- Purchase Tickets
- Sign up to Volunteer

Get Involved With Prom
Hi Fairview Parents!
If you are looking to get involved with Prom this year, Student Council needs parent volunteers to help sell tickets. Prom is on April 29th, from 8:00pm to 12:00am. We would love your help!
Your job would involve sitting at a booth at the top of the school as a Student Council representative coordinates ticket sales. We need volunteers from April 18th to April 27th from fourth to sixth period each day (10:50am to 1:30pm).
If you can help, or have any questions, please email [email protected]. Thank you all so much!
