The National Honor Society is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in responsibility and service.

  • September 01, 2017 September 01, 2017 Missed Meeting Information from Bylaws

    Section 2: Members shall be allowed no more than two unexplained absences per school year with any more than two unexplained absences establishing grounds for dismissal.
    Section 3: Members shall have the right to petition the executive council in writing for the granting of an explained absence. Two explained absences shall equal one unexplained absence. The petition must be submitted to the executive council within one week prior to or within the week following the meeting not attended... (continued)
