SAVE THE DATE for Sunday, May 29th!! This is for our current athletes, families, siblings, and coaches. A fun, outdoor pentathlon type of event where we can be active, in a non-stressful, fun atmosphere!

12pm- Pack away all of the track equipment from the season.

What a fantastic week! This is the time of the season where everything counts. Practices count! Participation at track meets count! Positive attitudes count! Working as a team counts! Wednesday, 3/30 - all entries for the Friday Varsity meet in Erie are due. No exceptions or adds after practice on Wednesday. Practice on Wednesday will be normal - 4:10pm at the track.

Thursday, 3/31 - normal practice at the track at 4:10pm. If you are in a relay, you are expected to be at this practice to work on exchanges.

The first meet is on the books and we're gearing up for #2 this week!

First off, congratulations to everyone that competed on Saturday. As mentioned in practice on Thursday and Friday, we weren't expecting world records at this meet. We wanted to see you try your hardest, have good sportsmanship and have fun! We saw that and the coaches are proud! This meet gave us a baseline that we can build off of and now we can begin to train specifics and aim for improvements.
