Track Registration: Click here to register. Once you have completed the online registration, print off a copy of your receipt and turn that receipt and a copy of your updated physical from your doctor to Cathy in the athletic office. You will be given a 'green slip'. This green slip needs to get to Coach Tricia one of the first practices.
Emergency Contact Form: Your next requirement for registration is an emergency contact form. These are required documents that are with CoachTricia at every practice and at every meet. You will not be allowed to practice without them. Please fill the quick and easy online form by clicking Emergency Contact Form
Other Required Forms: Please read the 2019 Parent Athlete Packet and complete and turn in the last 3 pages to Coach Tricia by February 25, 2019
