Greetings earthlings! This year is going to be a stellar year of math. Think of all the incredible and challenging problems you will solve this year!

Some background on me: I'm originally from Wisconsin and have a Bachelors in Neuroscience, Environmental Science, and Classics (Ancient Greece and Rome) from the University of Wisconsin. I spent years working in a neuroscience research lab at at Planned Parenthood before deciding to pursue education. From there I earned a Masters in Education from the University of Colorado and a Doctorate in Education from the University of South Carolina. This is my 6th year teaching at Fairview and I feel so lucky to have a career that I deeply love.

Medusa is my favorite fictional character, Harry Potter is my go-to feel-good series, Marie Curie is my hero, and tiramisu is the best food on this Earth. I also have a dog, Bones, who is the absolute sweetest.
