This is my 14th year teaching high school and 16th year teaching overall. Before Fairview, I worked at Monarch High School, New Vista High School, and Kansas State University. My Bachelor and Master degrees are both in English Literature and Cultural Studies. In addition to Language Arts, I have taught photography and film--two fields that are also of interest to me. I was born in Germany, grew up in New York, and went to high school in Massachusetts. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, going climbing, biking, running, skiing and traveling.
