ACTIVITY GUIDELINES: 150 MINUTES
2 1/2 hours per week Moderate Intensity Aerobic Activity (example: a brisk walk for a minimum of 10 minutes); 75 minutes per week of Vigorous Intensity Aerobic Activity (Example: Jogging for minimum of 10 minutes) and; Strength building activities that train the entire body.
