Hello, and thanks for visiting my page. I bet you are here to find out how to call me or where to find me. If so you are in luck! All that information is here and easy to find.
You're still reading? Oh, you are actually here because you were curious about my life and you want some background on who I am. Thanks for taking an interest, here is a little background information.
I grew up in Northern Kentucky and I went to Eastern Kentucky University. While at school I ran on the men's cross country and track teams. After red-shirting during the 2011 Cross Country and 2013 outdoor track season, I had an extra year of eligibility. Because of this, when I graduated in 2014 with a bachelors degree in History Teaching, I started graduate school the next fall. During my fifth year of competing, I was able to make it onto our team that finished 23rd at the NCAA Div. 1 Championships. During the 2015-16 school year, I served as the Cross Country team's graduate assistant while also being a graduate assistant for the university's History Department.
After graduation, I spent the 2016-2017 school year at my Alma mater Conner High School teaching U.S. History and World History.
After a great first year of teaching, it was time to get out of Kentucky and explore a little. So during summer 2017, I moved to Reno, NV and then finally to Boulder in January of 2018.
This will be my second year teaching at Fairview and I couldn't be happier. Alongside teaching special education, I will serve as one of the assistant coaches for the cross country team. I think it's going to be a great school year!
